Our Current Fee Structure

Our goal is to help you start your business, not go broke doing it! We charge what we believe is a reasonable fee for our services, and we don't hit you with hidden extras. If you need to contact us before, during or after your business formation you can - without having to pay extra service fees each time you pick up the phone.

You also won't find us offering you services you don't need. Virtual offices, out-of-state phone numbers and mailing addresses aren't always appropriate, depending on the type of business you are operating.

We reserve the right to make changes to our fees with little or no notice.

Entity Formation Service Fees

These fees do not become payable until the anniversary of incorporation
