What We Can Do For You
Business Formation Services
We can help you to form a business structure in all 50 states and in Canada as well. Our incorporation service fee starts at $395 per entity and includes:
- Preparing and filing your Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization or Certificate of Limited Partnership
- Preparing and filing any state-mandated initial reporting documents
- Arranging for publication of your incorporation documents in states where this is required and any confirmation filings with state agencies
- Obtaining a Tax ID Number
- Preparing and Filing IRS Forms 2553 and 8832 (where applicable)
- Resident Agent Service for one year from incorporation
- Accept service of documents on behalf of your business structure
- Preparation of all after-formation documents, including Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Limited Partnership Agreements, Organizational Resolutions, Banking Resolutions and Share or Interest Certificates
- An optional Nevada address and mail-forwarding service for our Nevada-based businesses
We're also happy to help you locate and complete any state business license registration requirements, and answer your questions about general business and filing procedures!
Business Maintenance Services
At Business First Formations, Inc., we never abandon our clients to their own renewals. Our business maintenance service includes:
- Preparing and filing your Annual Report or other annual reporting document
- Preparing your business's Annual Minutes
- Resident Agent Service for the following year
- A Nevada address and mail-forwarding service for our Nevada-based businesses
- Preparation of Merger or Dissolution paperwork (for private companies only)
- Preparation of Special Resolutions and Miscellaneous Corporate Resolutions
- Preparation of Annual Meeting Notices and Proxies (for private companies only)
Maintenance fees start at $125 for resident agent service only, with small surcharges for preparing Annual Reports and Annual Minutes. Other services are quoted on a per-project basis.
 Referral Services
We aren't lawyers, bookkeepers, CPAs, tax strategists or financial advisors. That means you might come to us with a question we can't answer, legally or ethically. If that happens, wherever possible we'll provide you with a free referral to someone who can help. We have attorney and CPA/Tax Strategist friends in Nevada, California and Arizona, and can put you in touch with innovative mortgage brokers in several states to handle your real estate financing needs.
