She co-authored How Your Company Can Raise Money to Grow and Go Public in 2001, and Use Your Own Corporation in 2004 with attorneys Robert P. Turner and Garrett Sutton, and The TaxLoopholes' Business Structure Protection Manual with noted author, CPA and Tax Strategist, Diane Kennedy, in 2004.
